Time of delivery
We do our best in order to ship your orders within 24 hours from date of order. If your orders does not arrive on time please contact us by mail or telephone.
Way of shipment of your order
Usually we send your order by currier – UPS, TNT etc. They secure a fast and reliable delivery service. The cost of freight will be added to your order. If the total order value does not exceed 1000,- DKK exclusive of VAT a handling fee of 25,- DKK will be added to the invoice.
Occasionally, an error may accur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description at all. We reserve the right to correct errors from time to time.
If the ordered item is not in stock within 14 days from date of order, we shall contact you by telephone or mail, in order to discuss new time of shipment or cancellation of the order.
Payment can be made by debit- or creditcards or via pre-payment by arrangement.

Cancellation of the order
If the purchased item does not live up to your expectations and you do not wish to get a replacement item or you for some reason have regretted your purchase, you have always got the right to cancel it within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you choose to cancel your order you can download the following cancellation form as a PDF here; fortrydelsesformular, fill it out and send it to us to the following e-mail adress; firstname.lastname@example.org or you can send an email to the same address with your contact details specifying that you want to cancel your order, which item you want to cancel, what the order date was and whether you have recieved the item. In order to get a refund you are required to return the item within 14 days.
The item should be returned in the same condition as it has been received.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use.
Daconet will evaluate the condition and value of the goods according to resale value.
The item has to be returned by post at the expense of the customer. If the item can not be sent by post, arrangements should be made with Daconet´s staff. If you want to exchange the item you have the right to return it within 14 days from receipt of the item. Please contact us to make further arrangements with regards to returning the item and the wanted replacement/exchange item.
